Lillian finds great pleasure working with her dedicated staff to nurture long-term business relationships with her clients. Her background includes a degree in elementary education and 30 years of property management, accounting and construction work experience. She started Reliable Payroll Services in 2005 to help small business owners succeed by taking the time to understand the company requirements, educating owners about the various taxes and alleviate the stress of handling their payroll requirements.
She enjoys working with everyone and tries to network with others so that they help to support each other. Lillian is currently a member and Secretary of FAMES and Property Manager for the Ali‘i Shores Yacht Club. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her husband Steve at their horse ranch in Haleiwa, playing with her grandchildren, Hawaiian quilting and creating stained glass panels. She is very thankful for all the many blessings in her life!

LeAnne specializes in customer service with tax setup and resolution while supporting the sales and production side of RPS.
She has over 25 years in the payroll/tax service fields, which include over 20 years working for companies such as ADP, ProBusiness and Ceridian.
LeAnne's interests are her family, going to the beach and helping others succeed. Currently, she is working with the Robotics Club at her son's school (Pearl City High School). She enjoys helping young ones learn and grow via this venue. She also services the DVDXpress and soon to be RedBox kiosks on Oahu which allows her further interaction with customers and helps to refine her customer service skills.

Beth has over nine years of experience in payroll as a payroll specialist. She graduated with a double major in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Accounting.
She has been married for ten years. Her pasttimes include playing tennis and traveling the world. She hopes to someday step foot on all the continents around the world.

Arlene is a busy mother of three who has worked in the accounting field for five years. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, cross-stitching and reading.
Arlene is Reliable Payroll's Administrative Assistant and also works part-time as a Tally Coordinator for Weight Watchers of Hawaii.
